Quick bonus tip today: Send emails on the same day of the week. Mine are always on Mondays. Except on long weekends. We send another ‘marketing news of the week’ update from our company email. That’s always on Fridays at 7 am EST. People like consistency, and you create a system. It’s harder to fail people and systems than it is to fail yourself.
